Our Services
Candid Appraisals provides residential real estate appraisal services in Florida. Requests submitted through this site are quote requests, not a binding engagement. An appraisal assignment begins only once a written engagement letter is issued and accepted. Appraisal reports are prepared for the stated client and intended use, and may not be relied upon by other parties.
SMS Text Messaging Program
Program description: By providing your mobile number and consenting on our order or contact forms, you agree to receive text messages from Candid Appraisals related to your appraisal order — including scheduling, inspection coordination, status updates, engagement letters, and report delivery. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency: varies based on your order; typically only messages related to your active appraisal.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Candid Appraisals does not charge for the messages themselves.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts, or use our opt-out page. You will receive a single confirmation message.

- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and device capabilities.

Fees and Payment
Appraisal fees are quoted per assignment and stated in the engagement letter. Fees are earned upon completion of the assignment and are not contingent on the value reported or on any predetermined outcome.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this site, submit false information, or use our communications for unlawful purposes. We may decline or discontinue service at our discretion.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Site content is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an appraisal assignment is limited to the fee paid for that assignment.
